  4. ARTISOFT INTRODUCES LANTASTIC FOR WINDOWS
  5. Provides Icons, Pull-Down Menus, and More for LANtastic

  7. (TUCSON, Ariz--May 20, 1991)--Artisoft announced today a new
  8. LANtastic for Windows enhancement that allows LANtastic to be run
  9. totally from within Microsoft Windows 3.0.  LANtastic for Windows
  10. requires LANtastic NOS v4.0 (sold separately) to operate and is
  11. scheduled to ship June 24, 1991 for $299 per network.

  13. "LANtastic for Windows was designed for those LANtastic users who
  14. prefer the Windows interface and operating environment," said Jack
  15. Schoof, Artisoft's President and CEO.

  17. LANtastic for Windows provides a windows interface to the NET and
  18. NET_MGR programs within the LANtastic Network Operating System.  It
  19. offers icons, buttons, and pull-down  menus while offering the same
  20. features of the DOS version of LANtastic.
